About the role
We're looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on bridge and heavy civil projects throughout the Denver area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep projects moving, crews productive, and work completed safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead field crews on bridge and heavy civil construction projects.
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities.
- Assign tasks and manage manpower in the field.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Inspectors.
- Monitor production, quality, and jobsite safety.
- Auxiliary hands-on work when needed and lead by example.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or heavy highway construction.
- Previous experience leading crews and managing field operations.
- Bridge construction or bridge rehabilitation experience is required.
- Experience with structural concrete, drainage structures, retaining walls, or similar infrastructure projects is preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to read blueprints and coordinate daily activities in the field.
- Valid driver's license required.
- English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
