The Concrete Foreman oversees the construction process of concrete projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation of concrete structures
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with concrete mixing and pouring techniques
Skills
- Construction management software (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD)
- Project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts)
