About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated Concrete Flatwork Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate must be available to work 7 days a week, including varied and extended hours, and may be required to travel out of town for long periods.

Responsibilities

  • Use knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of the company
  • Run large and small flatwork jobs
  • Provide minimum tools
  • Manage crews
  • Read plans, set grades, order materials, and schedule crews

Requirements

  • Flatwork foreman with 5 years' experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to be available to travel

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications include a flatwork foreman position with 5 years' experience
  • A clean driving record is required
  • The ability to be available to travel is necessary
  • Ability to read plans, set grades, order materials, and schedule crews is essential

Skills

  • Knowledge of flatwork operations
  • Experience managing crews
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Proficiency in scheduling and material ordering
