Concrete Carpenters & Finishers

Duties

• Construct and install concrete forms for structural and roadway work
• Read construction drawings and layout formwork
• Install anchors, embeds, and reinforcing components as required
• Strip forms and prepare for reuse
• Maintain safe and organized work areas
• Tying rebar

Responsibilities

• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces
• Operate finishing tools including screeds, floats, and trowels
• Ensure proper curing and surface finish standards
• Work closely with the foreman and carpenters during placement operations
• Tying rebar

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with concrete form carpentry, concrete finishing, or construction labor
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to follow safety procedures and jobsite instructions
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on active construction sites

Education

• Preferred: Experience in heavy civil, roadway, or structural concrete construction
• Preferred: Experience working on DOT or infrastructure projects
