About the role

Heim Construction Co., Inc. since 1994 is a privately owned General Contracting, Design-Build, Construction Management and Concrete Subcontracting Firm headquartered in Orwigsburg, PA. We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, driven candidates as Concrete Laborers / Finishers / Carpenters.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete labor tasks including mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Assist with construction management and design-build projects
• Work as a carpenter on-site

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in concrete labor, finishing, or carpentry preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to follow safety protocols

Skills

• Concrete mixing and finishing skills
• Basic carpentry skills
• Attention to detail
• Physical stamina and strength
