Concierge Security - Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Tell stories that reassure and inspire confidence
• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 / hr (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Set schedule: Full-time/Part-time, Days, Shift Name, and Hours
Shift 2: Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 2nd Shift, 8p.m. to 12 a.m.
Shift 3: Full-time, Friday through Tuesday, 3rd Shift, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Shift 4: Full-time, Friday through Saturday. Split Shift, 8 p.m. to 12 a.m., Sunday through Monday and Thursday, 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.
