Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent high-quality service to all team members and guests.
- Maintain guest service standards and ensure team members perform those standards to achieve a favorable gaming experience for guests.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
