Concierge Reception Part time

The Moments of Lakeville is a 92-suite memory care community located in Lakeville. We are seeking a part-time evenings and weekend concierge/receptionist.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 5-star hospitality level of personalized service at each guest touchpoint
• Oversee in-coming and out-going phone, electronic/digital, and physical facility traffic
• Maintain safety and a positive atmosphere for guests and residents
• Communicate effectively with all counterparts
• Provide administrative support to leadership team
• Monitor community-wide safety surveillance
• Prioritize and organize work effectively
• Support sales and marketing efforts

Requirements

• Comfortable with monitoring entrances & exits, guest lists, and professional services
• Innate passion for serving people living with dementia
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
• Warm, welcoming, efficient, competent demeanor
• Criminal background check and TB screening required
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with dementia care
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
• Experience in customer service preferred
