Concierge Part-Time

About the role

At Founders 3, we provide world-class real estate management service by caring for our clients’ assets as if they were our own. Our expertise ranges from pre-development consultation to full-service property management, accounting, and maintenance services. We are currently seeking a Concierge to join our team at a luxury condominium property in downtown Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and their staff
• Manage the building calendar
• Receive visitors
• Track documentation related to ongoing building projects
• Coordinate move-in or move-out activities
• Provide vendor referrals
• Perform unit checks while owners are away

Requirements

• Professional with a commitment to providing exemplary customer service
• Experience in the hospitality industry or luxury property services is preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven multi-tasking skills

Pay

From $18.50 per hour
