Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional service across dining, experiences, travel, and luxury goods.
• Source content ideas to submit to our Content Team on a weekly basis.
• Complete end-to-end member requests.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Luxury Hospitality experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Luxury hospitality.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

• Remote (Regardless of Location): $56,800 - $64,800 for Premium Customer Agent I.
• Richmond, VA: $56,800 - $64,800 for Premium Customer Agent I.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. The actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
