Responsibilities

• Assist clients in booking travel, including flights, hotels, vacation homes, and car rentals.
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other online travel tools to manage bookings and communications with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers globally to secure the best rates, perks, and service.
• Ensure seamless and stress-free travel experiences for clients, fostering memorable trips.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to deliver exceptional service.

Schedule

Shifts can start as early as 7am and may go as late as 10pm. Expect to work one weekend day per week.
