About the Role
The Concierge at Watermark Retirement Communities plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for residents, families, and visitors. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, organization, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting residents, families, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assisting with daily activities such as transportation, errands, and appointments
- Managing resident schedules and coordinating with staff members
- Handling inquiries and concerns from residents and visitors
- Participating in community events and social activities
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a concierge
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
Qualifications
- Passionate about working with seniors
- Experience as a concierge preferred
