Concierge

About the role

The Concierge will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, fully acquainted with local points of interest, and coordination of guests' parcels, mail, and special deliveries. Responsibilities

• Complete guest notes into the reservation and concierge system in a timely and complete manner.
• Review all arrivals to ensure all instructions and billing requests have been addressed properly.
• Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, directions, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.
• Active in the promotion of in-house events and adventure programming.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Communicate guest requests with other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely; no formal experience is necessary.

Qualifications

Preferred: At least one year of high-end guest service experience in a property of similar size and quality OR College degree with an emphasis in Hospitality.

Pay

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
