About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
  • Answer telephone calls.
  • Ensure the safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigating any unusual activity.
  • Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns.
  • Receive and deliver packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc., as requested.
  • Maintain the sign-in/out log for the issuance of community keys and gate passes.
  • Aid other departments with administrative functions.
  • Ensure resident/family/employee concerns receive timely responses and follow-ups, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Requirements

  • Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
  • Clear and effective communication in English.
  • Highly proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Caregiver qualities such as compassion, professionalism, kindness, engagement, empathy, and helpfulness.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • The capability to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and co-workers.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Team player and efficient multitasker.

Schedule

Tuesday and Wednesday Evenings - Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p
