About the role

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Ensure the safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms, and investigating any unusual activity.
- Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns.
- Receive and deliver packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc., as requested.
- Maintain the sign-in/out log for the issuance of community keys and gate passes.
- Aid other departments with administrative functions.
- Ensure resident/family/employee concerns receive timely responses and follow-ups, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
Requirements
- Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
- Clear and effective communication in English.
- Highly proficient computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Caregiver qualities such as compassion, professionalism, kindness, engagement, empathy, and helpfulness.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- The capability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- A positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and co-workers.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Schedule
Tuesday and Wednesday Evenings - Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p
