Job Description

Addison of Park Crescent is looking for a friendly, outgoing and efficient person to: greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.

You will be responsible for answering the phone, sending emails, calling residents, taking work requests, providing directions and being a point person for all who stop at the desk.

You will also receive packages and deliver or hold as requested. You will assist other departments with administrative functions.

You will ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Hours are weekends and evenings with the salary range of $16.00- $18.00 per hour
• Three (3) months of related experience is preferred.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is required.
• Demonstrate a compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful manner.
• Work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
