Concierge

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
• Assist with daily activities of residents, including meal preparation and housekeeping
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all residents
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year relevant experience (priority given)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $14.00 to $16.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
