Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
- Make restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging excursions
- Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, and packages
- Ensure guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times

- Approachable and personable personality; guest-first mentality
- Keen understanding of the property, surrounding amenities
- Ability to partner with outside businesses in order to make thoughtful recommendations
