About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Concierge who embodies a passion for excellence and enthusiasm. This role requires handling all guest interactions with high levels of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, and providing recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess guest needs and requests, offering personalized recommendations and touches to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, directions, and more.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ensure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.
• Establish close contacts with vendors for activities such as theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, and sightseeing to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages.
• Utilize various software programs to accurately input special arrangements and ensure proper billing.

Requirements

• Ability to work all shifts including AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
• Some lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying required (up to 50 lbs carried a distance of up to 20 feet).
• Bending and kneeling required (full range of motion for retrieving guest luggage and other materials).
• Continuous standing for the entire shift.

Qualifications

Must hold valid work authorization for the US.

Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local area attractions and events.
• Proficiency in using hotel software systems.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
