About the role

The Villas at Seven Canyons, an exclusive luxury residential community in Sedona, Arizona, is seeking an enthusiastic, hospitality-focused Concierge to join their team. They are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, enjoys building relationships with homeowners and guests, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences through personalized attention and outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Competitive hourly wage ($21.00$23.00 per hour, based on experience)

  • Welcome homeowners and guests with a professional, friendly, and personalized arrival experience.
  • Cookise villa arrivals, departures, and owner reservations.
  • Aid with dining recommendations, activity planning, transportation arrangements, and local area information.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to owner and guest requests while anticipating needs whenever possible.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure Villas are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on owner and guest requests.
  • Assist with administrative projects, special events, and additional operational responsibilities as assigned.
  • Deliver exceptional service while representing the luxury standards and hospitality culture of The Villas at Seven Canyons.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality, concierge, front desk, resort, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance with a warm, welcoming demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing personalized service
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and reservation software experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Bi-lingual preferred

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
