Responsibilities

  • Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
  • Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
  • Covers resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
  • Coordinates tours and ensures that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
  • Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
