Concierge

The Concierge greets and provides support and resource information on our organization, facility, and area to patients, families, and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. This role performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks, typically working on routine and patterned assignments.
About the role
The Concierge welcomes patients to the Center in a warm and friendly manner, takes patient information, and manages the waiting list. Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing the waiting area and restrooms, interacting with patients as they leave to ensure a positive experience, providing assistance and directions, and potentially offering tours. This role may also serve as a resource to staff who need assistance. Decisions are made within defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities, and timing, under close supervision and established policies.
Responsibilities
- Greet and provide support to patients, families, and visitors.
- Manage patient information and waiting lists.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and restrooms.
- Interact with patients to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide assistance, directions, and potentially conduct tours.
- Serve as a resource to staff members.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 1+ years of experience as a Concierge, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in Customer Service.
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care.
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a value-based care model.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.
- Location: Onsite in Miami, FL.
Pay
The pay range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment (40 hours per week) at the time of posting. The range may vary based on geographic location and individual pay will depend on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
- Pay Range: $37,440 - $42,500 per year.
- Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
