Concierge

About the role

Provides service to property residents and visitors. Manages the entrance of the buildings and monitors traffic into the buildings. Offers a warm greeting to all residents and guests, maintains knowledge of available services, and provides information about upcoming city events. Establishes and maintains ongoing contact with sources of information, assists with reservations for dining, theater, and local recreation, and prepares service requests. Works closely with service contractors to ensure tasks are handled appropriately and communicates with residents and families to resolve concerns or refer them to appropriate associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors
• Maintain and update the lobby bulletin board with information of interest to residents
• Plan and implement social and recreational programs for property residents, such as movies, game nights, and other social events
• Assist residents with packages
• Make dinner, theater, and local recreation reservations for residents

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Associate degree in Concierge/Hospitality – Customer Service
• 1-2 years of experience in Concierge or Hospitality
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs
