About the role
The Quality of Life Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the quality of life for residents in Fox Point, WI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs to improve resident well-being
- Coordinate activities that promote social interaction and community engagement
- Assess and address individual needs through personalized care plans
- Maintain records and reports related to resident care and program effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or social services setting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of community resources and support systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
