About The Role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a passionate, creative, and driven Concierge to join our incredible Team.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that following is achieved and/or exceeded in the daily execution of your role.
• Build a genuine relationship with the Client by determining the Client's needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and Universes.
• Be the client's first point of contact within the store and set the tone for the client's experience while they are with us.
• Ensure every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the Client's time spent at the Maison while making sure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity.
• Partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store.
• Achieve individual and team goals, secure back-of-house efficiency, and support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client Experience in store.

Pay

• Hourly rate within the range of USD $25.00 - $28.00 plus the opportunity for commission.
