About the role

To be responsible for stock management in terms of KPIs, corporate guidelines and procedures. To facilitate the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and to be responsible for minimizing stock losses. To ensure the implementation of guidelines received from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the products and the valuable material in the warehouse during the whole handling process.
• Ensure proper management of daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise following corporate procedures, and prepare product to be taken to the sales floor and special areas.
• Organize, manage and perform product counting and stocktakes.
• Assure the right product flow tracking through SAP system.
• Manage product flow during repairs.
• Manage stockroom activities related to markdown.
• Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following corporate guidelines and deadlines.

Requirements

• High affinity for luxury products
• High sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Organized and detail oriented
• Mature and assertive
• Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
• Interest in luxury/fashion, art and design
• English is a must; other languages are a plus

Pay

Hourly position (commission eligible). This position will be paid an hourly rate that may range from $22.00–$26.00, annualized from $45,760–$54,080, and if applicable, may be eligible for commission, bonuses and other incentive opportunities.
