About the role
The Domain Companies is a national real estate development and investment firm dedicated to making a positive impact in communities through various projects. We seek a Concierge team member who will enhance the resident experience and contribute to our entrepreneurial culture.
Responsibilities
- Maintain visitor and vendor logs.
- Manage package room and distribute packages.
- Document and communicate incidents/accidents to leadership.
- Resolve problems or dissatisfaction within company policy.
- Take maintenance requests as needed.
- Hand out business cards and gather information for follow-up (after office hours only).
- Provide access to the community for guests, deliveries, and special requests.
- Offer firsthand knowledge of the local area and make recommendations for activities, businesses, and services.
- Accommodate residents with lifestyle services like grocery, flower, furniture deliveries, utility assistance, transportation services, dinner reservations, dry cleaning, house cleaning, car washing, etc.
- Affordability: Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting resident social events.
- Leadership: Seek out opportunities to lead and solve problems, even outside your area, and take on additional responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- High school or GED required.
- Customer-centric with a warm demeanor, positive attitude, and impeccable follow-through.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to plan and prioritize efficiently and motivate/lead team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines/interruptions.
- Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the city and local transportation options.
- Technically savvy with technology, including smartphones and computers.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
Physical Demands
- Regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for using a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Moving or lifting items at or about 40 pounds.
Work Hour Requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.

Pay
$22.33 hourly
Schedule
Tuesday late night into Wednesday morning: 11 pm - 7:30 am
Wednesday late night into Thursday morning: 11 pm - 7:30 am
Friday Evening: 3:30 pm - 12 am
Saturday Evening: 3:30 pm - 12 am
Sunday Evening: 3:30 pm - 12 am
Monday and Thursday OFF
