Responsibilities

• First point of contact for residents, families, and visitors
• Developing meaningful relationships with residents
• Providing exceptional service to ensure every resident, family member, and visitor feels valued
• Working weekends and holidays
• Operating in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3 years experience as a concierge
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
