CONCESSIONS SUPERVISOR - LEGOLAND NY

Job Summary

The Concessions Supervisor manages the operations of concession stands and performs various concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct a pre/post shift Pin Meeting.
• Assign staff accordingly using Floor Charts as a guide.
• Manage the operations of multiple concession stands, assist team members, and maintain a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greet, direct, and respond to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing.
• Ensure proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follow food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Work closely with Food Service Workers, Stand Leads, and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met.
• Develop a positive rapport with guests.
• Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Issue refunds when needed.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Ensure condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
• Complete Request sheets daily.
• Perform other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years leadership experience.
