Compensation: $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily work to a food-service team; supervise task completion
• Train and guide staff on job duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service
• Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes
• Store food in compliance with food-safety policies and procedures
• Set up work stations (prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.)
• Break down, clean, and sanitize work stations
• Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs
• Replenish food items and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests, clients, and co-workers
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including accurate food safety and sanitation
• Ensure security of company assets

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business commitments.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
• Previous food-service experience required
• Must be able to acquire food-safety certification
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent customer-service skills

Physical Demands

• Lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing
• May require uniforms and/or use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
