About the role
As a Concession Stand Worker, you will prepare and build food items while delivering a memorable guest service experience. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Courteously greet and assist all guests
- Take food orders and serve guests
- Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly store food by applying food safety policies and procedures
- Set up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables
- Break down, clean, and sanitize workstations
- Serve food to guests while ensuring satisfaction and anticipating needs
- Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Maintain excellent service, positive demeanor, and professionalism toward guests, clients, and co-workers
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
- Operate a cash register and collect payment for sales from guests
- Reconcile cash to register sales and stand inventory
- Maintain and implement the Aramark alcohol policy
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification
- Demonstrates positive guest service skills
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 25 lb.
- May be required to meet state age requirements for serving alcohol
- May be required to obtain TIPS/TEAM card at locations that serve and sell alcohol
- May be required to complete Serve Safe Food Handlers certification
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous guest service experience is a plus
Pay
Hourly rate for this position is $13.25 to $15.00.
