Concession Stand Worker

Job Summary

Concession Stand Worker $16/hr Beaver Street Food Co. is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and are available during OSU home athletic games. In this role, you’ll play a key part in processing customer orders, assembling items, and assisting with general food service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately record all sales transactions through our Point-of-Sale system. - Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory control procedures. - Set up, stock, open, maintain, and close your assigned spaces and/or stations. - Prepare and gather food items for customer orders. - Engage directly with patrons, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized bar area. - Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers. - Collaborate with fellow team members to provide excellent dining experience. - Serve alcohol responsibly, following all OLCC and Location guidelines. - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. - Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Must be 21 years of age or older for this position - Food Handler card (or ability to obtain one). - OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain one). - Strong customer service skills - Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. - Commitment to working at home games and athletic events, including evenings, weekends and varying start times as needed.
