Concessions Grab & Go Attendant | Part-Time | CFG Bank Arena

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock and supply levels and communicate low-stock items to the Concessions Manager(s).
• Transport products whenever necessary.
• Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including but not limited to disposal of garbage.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
• Check guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• Abide by arena guidelines for pouring beverages.
• Communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
• Must be able to operate POS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Able to lift heavy objects.

Benefits

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.
