About The Venue

From 2011-2013, Benchmark International Arena underwent more than $62 million in improvements, revolutionizing the industry and establishing it as Florida’s premier entertainment venue. Home to the three-time Stanley Cup champion Tampa Bay Lightning, the arena features unique attractions such as lightning-throwing Tesla coils, an 11,000 square-foot Budweiser Biergarten with city views, and a massive five-manual, 105-rank digital pipe organ. Responsibilities

• Maintain stock and supply levels, and communicate low stock items to Concessions management.
• Transport product as needed.
• Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic Masghin issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Check guest IDs to verify minimum age for alcohol purchases in accordance with state/federal regulations.
• Abide by arena guidelines for pouring beverages.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate a POS system.
• Ability to learn cash handling and operate a cash register.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with coworkers, managers, volunteers, and guests.

Pay

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00–$17.50.
