Concessions Cook | Part-Time | Arvest Convention Center

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain quality and production standards on all menu items.
• Control portion sizes and maintain serving temperatures of all products.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Show excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• Show ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with various stakeholders.
• Previous experience as a prep cook or line cook preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Show strong communication skills.
• Work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Show ability to work with a valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.

• $12.00 - $14.00 per hour.
