Concession & Beverage Assistant - Meadows Golf

About the Role

Come swing into this seasonal role at The Meadows at Mystic Lake Golf course as a Concession & Beverage Assistant. This opportunity involves rotating between our grill, known as The Sand Wedge Grill, and working on the golf course with the beverage cart. The position runs approximately early April through the end of October, varying based on weather and course conditions. This is a part-time role with approximately 20-30 hours per week, depending on availability and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Apply high guest service standards while taking food and beverage orders.
• Take food orders, prepare food as required, and serve food to guests.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service and handling standards.
• Operate the P.O.S. register system for processing food and beverage charges.
• Handle payments including cash, credit cards, comps from Mystic Lake / Little Six, and gift certificates.
• Complete side duties and prep work to ensure adequate supply levels.
• Clean utensils/equipment and keep condiments stocked.
• Complete reconciliation statements at the end of the shift.
• Perform bussing duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to pass a basic math test.
• Capacity to handle and lift up to 30lbs as needed.
• Physical ability to perform required job duties, including standing on feet 95% of the time, with or without accommodations.
• Proficiency in maintaining safety while handling potential fumes, chemicals, odors, and/or noise.
