Con - Business Con - Transformation Architecture and Delivery-Manager - Multiple Positions - 1745050
for each heading. Only include sections if there is real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (like "Please apply on-line..."). We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence. We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. Join EY and help to build a better working world." This is about the company, could be "About the role" or maybe "About EY". But we need to use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The intro could go under About the role (or maybe a general summary). We'll put it under About the role. - Job title line: "Consultant - Business Consulting - Transformation Architecture & Delivery - Manager - Multiple Positions - 1745050, Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Boca Raton, FL." We should not repeat job title as heading, and we should not put Job ID as heading. We can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Probably we can include location and company in a paragraph under About the role. - Then description: "Assist clients deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution across a variety of industries. Work directly with leadership teams and clients to plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions, that include multiple capabilities such as demand intake, demand prioritization, budget allocation, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program/portfolio/transformation execution, schedule management, risk & issue management, resource management, value planning & realization, KPI definition, performance reporting and data analytics via reporting & dashboards. Provide clients with maturity assessment, current vs. future state and corresponding gap analysis and target operating model design. Design governance models (including Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Enterprise Program Management Offices (EPMOs) or Program Management Offices (PMOs). Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities." That's responsibilities. - Then schedule: "Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm." - Then "MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:" list of many bullet-like statements. Those are requirements/qualifications. We need to decide sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting has many specific requirements (education, experience). Could treat as Requirements. Could also separate Qualifications (education) and Skills (experience). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one Requirements section with list. - Then "Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs." That could be under Responsibilities or a separate section like Travel (but not in allowed headings). Could fold into Responsibilities. - Then "Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience." That's part of requirements. - Then "Please apply on-line..." remove. - Then "What We Offer" section: "We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary for this job is $154,065.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being. Continuous learning: You’ll develop the mindset and skills to navigate whatever comes next. Success as defined by you: We’ll provide the tools and flexibility, so you can make a meaningful impact, your way. Transformative leadership: We’ll give you the insights, coaching and confidence to be the leader the world needs. Diverse and inclusive culture: You’ll be embraced for who you are and empowered to use your voice to help others find theirs." That's benefits and maybe culture. We have Pay (base salary) and Benefits (medical, dental, pension, 401k, PTO). Also schedule/hybrid model info could go under Schedule? But schedule already defined as full time Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30. The hybrid model is about in-person expectation 40-60% etc. Could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate section but not allowed. We could include under Benefits or maybe under Schedule as additional info. But we should not create Schedule unless posting actually states them. It does state full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. So we can have Schedule section with that. The hybrid model info could be placed under Benefits or maybe under About the role. I'd put hybrid model under Benefits as part of work arrangement. - Then later boilerplate about EEO etc remove. Thus sections: About the role: intro paragraph + location/company maybe. Responsibilities: the paragraph describing assist clients etc. Requirements: list of minimum requirements (education, experience, etc). Could be a
- each.
Benefits: the "What We Offer" paragraph(s) describing compensation, benefits, hybrid model, learning, etc.
Pay: base salary $154,065 per year.
Schedule: full time Monday-Friday 40 hours per week 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
We need to ensure we don't repeat info. Pay section includes base salary; Benefits section should not repeat base salary. Benefits section can mention medical, dental, pension, 401k, PTO, hybrid model, learning, leadership, culture.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include job ID as heading.
We must not include application instructions.
We must not include EEO boilerplate.
Now produce HTML fragment.
We'll wrap sections in appropriate tags.
