About the role

Coordinate the user-centered design approach of clients’ digital products and manage design deliverables to ensure great user experience and realization of the client’s product visions. Drive the delivery of sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes, as well as conceive and conduct user and stakeholder research as needed. Work with the design team to identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, make strategic design and user experience decisions, and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Conduct workshops on topics across both design and consulting skillsets. Teach the ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Collaborate with other team members and senior stakeholders, take calculated risks, champion new ideas, and continually elevate the quality of our work.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in one or a combination of the following:
    • Customer or User Experience Strategy and Research
    • Business Strategy
    • Product Design; and/or
    • Design Planning
  • Leveraging one or a combination of the following skillsets - market and user research, requirements gathering, business case development, KPI management, and/or business architecture definition.
  • Must have 3 years of experience utilizing one or a combination of the following prototyping software - Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Keynote, InVision, Figma and/or other similar prototyping software.
  • Must have 3 years of experience managing and supervising teams of professional employees and mentoring team members through development feedback and performance processes, and providing structured, on-the-job feedback.
  • Must have 2 years of experience with the B2B, B2B2C, and B2C business models, and the omnichannel landscape.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
    • Understanding buyers' behavior and patterns on technology platforms;
    • Delivering omni-channel and customer experience strategy projects.

The base salary for this job is $173,835.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.

Pay

$173,835.00 per year

Schedule

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
