About the role

As a ComputerEase Consultant at Deltek, Inc., you will be responsible for providing technical support and consulting services to clients using Deltek's software solutions. This includes troubleshooting issues, training users on new features, and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or consulting.
• Strong understanding of Deltek's software solutions, particularly ComputerEase.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
