Job Description and Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support for software and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, application, and system access problems.
- Install and configure hardware, printers, and authorized software.
- Support account management, password resets, and permissions.
Basic Requirements
- 6+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification (A+ CE or equivalent) preferred.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
Security Clearance
- Secret (must be a US Citizen)
Telework and Travel
- On-site.
Pay
- $62,500-$85,000
