Configuration Management Analyst - Journeyman (Secret Clearance Required)

ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports a NAVAIR PMA.
Responsibilities
- Provide configuration and data management support for aircraft and product programs.
- Support configuration control processes, track changes, and assist in maintaining program data integrity in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Government leadership and program personnel to support configuration change management activities, ensuring accurate documentation, traceability, and compliance across the program lifecycle.
Requirements
- Motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced acquisition environment.
Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
- Required Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Desired Experience: At least one (1) year of experience supporting the NAVAIR configuration change management process.
Skills
- Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs.
- Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data.
- Tracks configuration changes.
- Captures, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Pay
$75,000-95,000 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of ATSI's total compensation package. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience.
