About the role
Provides day-to-day operational support for a computing environment (computer center, unit computing, a community of users, etc.), following established procedures, to contribute to the smooth running of that environment. Support activities require a good, basic technical background while also being administrative in nature. Performs and monitors processes or operations that are reasonably stable and require choices between several pre-defined options.

- Good communication to lead scrum practices and communicate with factory leaders
Responsibilities
- Management of onsite desktop hardware, software troubleshooting, printer hardware management, and smart hands support for the server/network teams
- Support for conference rooms, asset lifecycle management, and computer deployments for unit customers
- Imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing of outdated assets, and resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues
- Documenting, recording, and distributing information (e.g., updating assets in ServiceNow, following KB articles for problem resolution, following unit-specific processes)
- Creating and maintaining basic documents/records (e.g., contact lists, process logs, problem incidence reports, customer information updates, exterior ship orders, inventory, maintenance, or other service records)
- Handling standard facilities administration requests
- Recognizing problems with supported processes/operations and resolving them using pre-established, documented solutions
- Reporting problems that fall outside the scope of established procedures to appropriate personnel
- Maintaining equipment, supplies, and data supporting processes or operations (e.g., scheduling routine equipment maintenance, ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, updating data records, interacting with suppliers)
- Applying technical knowledge to support processes or operations (e.g., understanding basic printer operations to replace toner and pickup rollers, troubleshooting using KB articles to resolve end-user tickets)
- Organizing projects in Jira and running scrum activities
Requirements
- 2-year minimum relevant experience
- Education: Preferred but not required if relevant experience is demonstrated
Schedule
On-site (Monday – Friday)
Pay
$32 per hour
