Computer Support Associate I - Infrastructure

Location: West Clarion, IA (Onsite)

About the role

We're seeking an IT Support Associate to provide hands-on technical support in a manufacturing environment. This role supports end users with desktop hardware, software, printers, asset management, and ticket resolution across two nearby facilities.

Responsibilities

• Image and deploy PCs and end-user devices
• Resolve support tickets through ServiceNow
• Support printers, toner replacement, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and documentation
• Follow knowledge base articles and established support procedures
• Assist with equipment maintenance scheduling and supply ordering
• Travel between two local sites to provide onsite support

Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and common business applications
• 1+ year of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related experience preferred
• Recent IT graduates encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Additional Details

• Approximately 60% shop floor / 40% office environment
• Climate-controlled office; manufacturing floor is not climate controlled
• Metatarsal footwear required on day one
• Sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future

Pay

$24-$26/hr
