About the role

This position provides day-to-day operational support for a computing environment, ensuring the smooth running of systems and processes. The role requires a blend of technical and administrative skills, focusing on hardware/software troubleshooting, project organization, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic operational support for computing environments following established procedures.
  • Monitor and perform standard processes or operations that are highly stable and consistent.
  • Manage onsite desktop hardware and software, including troubleshooting and printer hardware management.
  • Support server/network teams with smart hands support and conference room setup.
  • Manage asset lifecycle and computer deployments for unit customers.
  • Resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues and update assets in ServiceNow.
  • Create and maintain basic documents and records, including contact lists, process logs, and problem incidence reports.
  • Recognize and resolve problems with pre-established solutions, reporting issues outside established procedures.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and data supporting processes or operations.
  • Apply technical knowledge to support processes or operations, such as basic printer operations and troubleshooting end-user tickets.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk distances.
  • Metatarsals required from day one.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Skills

  • Focus on break-fix for hardware/software and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working and collaborating in a team environment to solve problems and lead projects within Jira.
  • Good communication skills to lead scrum practices and communicate with factory leaders.

Business casual dress code.

Pay

$31.01 – $31.01/hr. Final offer amounts are determined by relevant skills, education, and experience.
