About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and repairs to laptops within Salt Lake County.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on laptops.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to county policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in computer repair or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
Skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software.
- Knowledge of common laptop components and troubleshooting methods.
