Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues
- Perform system board and component replacements
- Use Lenovo diagnostic tools
- Process service cases and work orders
- Follow Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) procedures
Requirements
- Strong computer hardware troubleshooting skills
- Experience with laptops and desktops
- CompTIA A+ certification (recommended)
- Completion of Lenovo Technician Certification Roadmap
- Completion of required Lenovo courses including SSG, Diagnostics, System Board Service, and RA Service (exam)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer Repair Experience
