Computer Aided Dispatch Administrator - Public Safety

General Responsibilities

• Works as part of a team that implements public safety software solutions, including:
• Installation of software
• Configuration workshops and implementation
• Functional Requirements Definition
• Testing
• Training
• Troubleshooting
• Ensure quality standards and proper compliance with client rules and regulations
• Build and maintain quality relationships with client and end-user resources

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience working within or consulting Public Safety Organizations
• Proven working experience implementing, configuring, or managing CAD, Mobile, or RMS systems
• Travel as required, estimated at 25% - 50% - this ebbs and flows with each project.
• Intermediate/Advanced Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint)
• Subject Matter Expert in CAD, RMS, Mobile, and other public safety systems
• Intermediate IT knowledge including database management, networking, and virtualization
• Knowledge and understanding of how software projects are delivered
• Able to connect and maintain strong relationships with the project team and client
• Must be able to gain CJIS certification or pass background checks per client requirements

Nice to Have's

• Experience with or knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
• Basic understanding of cloud technology
• Knowledge of Hexagon’s OnCall or I/CAD products a plus

Qualifications

Competitive Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000/year Base salary may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
