OTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like closing time, contact info, etc. Also remove EEO etc. The posting includes many details: Job Title, Department, Supervisor, Salary Schedule, Lane Placement, Contract Length, FLSA Classification, Last Review Date. Those are metadata; we should fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably we can include a short paragraph with those details (like Department, Supervisor, Salary Schedule, etc.) but not as headings. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (Job Summary), "Responsibilities" (Essential Functions), "Requirements" (Required Education And Qualifications, Required Prior Experience, Required Knowledge And Skills, etc.), "Skills" (maybe combine knowledge and skills), "Benefits" (none given), "Pay" (Salary Schedule maybe?), "Schedule" (Contract Length Hourly Only). The posting includes Salary Schedule: Hourly ESP (72) Lane Placement ee Contract Length Hourly Only. So we have pay info: Hourly ESP (72) Lane Placement ee. That's specific enough for Pay section. Schedule: Contract Length Hourly Only (implies hourly, maybe part-time). Could include Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Contract Length: Hourly Only
FLSA Classification: Non-exempt
Last Review Date: June 2020

We should not include Benefits section as none given. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not included boilerplate like closing time, contact, etc. Also removed "Physical, punctual, reliable, and predictable regular attendance is an essential job function..." but that is part of Job Summary? Actually it's in the "To perform this job successfully..." paragraph. We could incorporate that into About the role or Responsibilities. It's substantive: "Physical, punctual, reliable, and predictable regular attendance is an essential job function to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position." Could add to About the role. Also "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position." That's also substantive; could add to About the role. We must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include those statements. Let's incorporate them. About the role paragraph: include the job summary plus the attendance statement and reasonable accommodations. Thus:

About the role

This position operates under the jurisdiction of the Granite School District Comprehensive Counseling and Guidance Department and the local school counselors. Assists counselors in classroom guidance activities, classroom presentations and career instruction in computer labs. Attendance, physical presence, and timeliness are required and are essential functions of this position. Physical, punctual, reliable, and predictable regular attendance is an essential job function to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

Now check if any other substantive info: "Non-Essential Functions Other duties as assigned" - that's not essential but still substantive? It's a line. Could include under Responsibilities as a bullet? Might be considered non-essential but still info. Could add a bullet: "Other duties as assigned (non-essential functions)." But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we should include it. However it's vague; but it's still present. We'll add a bullet under Responsibilities: "Other duties as assigned (non-essential functions)." Also "Assigned Decision Making Making decisions within guidelines. Handles routine daily problems." That's substantive; could be under Requirements or Skills? It's about decision making. Could add a bullet under Requirements or Skills. Perhaps under Requirements: "Ability to make decisions within guidelines and handle routine daily problems." "Interactions With Others Positive interaction of students, teachers, support personnel, parents, and administrators." Could be under Skills. "Supervisory Responsibility NA" - not substantive. "Budget Responsibility Financially responsible to maintain and track purchases and follow purchasing guidelines." That's substantive; could be under Responsibilities as a bullet. "Working Environment General office conditions. May be exposed to illness." Could be under About the role or a separate section? Could add to About the role. "Physical Requirements – Not Limited To The Following While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to speak and/or hear. Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, and crouch. Occasionally required to use hands to handle or feel and must occasionally climb or balance.Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.Must be able to stand for long periods of timeSome lifting/pushing/pulling but mostly under 20 lbs." That's substantive; we need to include. Could be under a section "Physical Requirements". But we only have allowed headings list; we could create a section "Physical Requirements" if we want, but the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for those sections. It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are examples; we could still use other headings but better to stick to those. However physical requirements is substantive; we could fold into About the role or Responsibilities. Probably better to add a bullet under Responsibilities: "Physical requirements: speak and/or hear; frequently stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch; occasionally handle objects, climb, balance; vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception); able to stand for long periods; lifting/pushing/pulling mostly under 20 lbs." Also "Note: The list of essential and marginal functions and of physical requirements is not exhaustive and may be supplemented in accordance with the requirements of the job." That's a note; could be included as a paragraph. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all these details. Let's restructure: - About the role: includes job summary, attendance statement, reasonable accommodations, working environment, physical requirements? Might be too long but okay. - Responsibilities: list essential functions plus other duties as assigned, budget responsibility. - Requirements: education, experience. - Skills/Knowledge: knowledge, skills, decision making, interactions. - Pay: hourly schedule. - Schedule: contract length. We need to ensure we don't miss any substantive info. Let's extract all substantive sentences from the posting: From the top metadata: Department, Supervisor, Salary Schedule, Lane Placement, Contract Length, FLSA Classification, Last Review Date. We'll include those in a metadata paragraph. Then: "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations." (we have reasonable accommodations note) "The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, training, education, responsibilities, abilities; the machines, tools and equipment used; background; and any licenses or certifications required." (this is generic; could be omitted? It's substantive but generic; we could include as a sentence in Requirements intro.) "Physical, punctual, reliable, and predictable regular attendance is an essential job function to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position." (we have) "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position." (we have) Job Summary paragraph: "This position operates under the jurisdiction of the Granite School District Comprehensive Counseling and Guidance Department and the local school counselors. Assists counselors in classroom guidance activities, classroom presentations and career instruction in computer labs. Attendance, physical presence, and timeliness are required and are essential functions of this position." (we have) Essential Functions list (we captured). Non-Essential Functions: "Other duties as assigned" Required Education And Qualifications: "High school diploma or equivalent" Required Prior Experience: "Some office or customer service experience preferred." Required Knowledge And Skills list (we captured). Assigned
