Component Level Test Technician

Position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Manual bench testing, set up and operate test equipment
• Input pedigree information on parts into the Factory Operating System (FOS)
• Create non-conformances in FOS for test failures
• Perform rework
• Complete annual training requirements in safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other topics
• Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with established processes
• Conduct in-process inspection per company standards and customer specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED in the U.S.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace, or defense industry with hands-on technical experience in testing navigation and/or radar system assemblies
• Comfortable using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and math
• Strong safety focus
• Ability to adhere to detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Effective time management skills

Desired Skills

• Experience with robotic equipment for testing, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment, or high-voltage testing and components
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, or lean manufacturing
• Experience working with a diverse array of personnel
• Ability to work with production resources and teammates to meet production goals and deliver quality products
• Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
