Position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Responsibilities
- Manual bench testing, set up and operate test equipment
- Input pedigree information on parts into the Factory Operating System (FOS)
- Create non-conformances in FOS for test failures
- Perform rework
- Complete annual training requirements in safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other topics
- Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with established processes
- Conduct in-process inspection per company standards and customer specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks
Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED in the U.S.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace, or defense industry with hands-on technical experience in testing navigation and/or radar system assemblies
- Comfortable using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and math
- Strong safety focus
- Ability to adhere to detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Effective time management skills
Desired Skills
- Experience with robotic equipment for testing, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment, or high-voltage testing and components
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, or lean manufacturing
- Experience working with a diverse array of personnel
- Ability to work with production resources and teammates to meet production goals and deliver quality products
- Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
