Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Handle own workload and assist lawyers as needed.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing policy documents for Compliance.
  • Run diligence reports on potential customers and vendors for Compliance.
  • Liaise with the business and external counsel for Compliance training sessions.
  • Support privacy operations by coordinating data subject requests for Privacy.
  • Perform appropriate privacy assessments and inventory business processes for Privacy.
  • Provide additional assistance as necessary for Privacy.
  • Be willing to help other paralegals or lawyers as capacity allows.
  • Assist with ad hoc admin tasks, including dealing with invoices, scheduling meetings, and general document work.

Education/Experience

  • Previous paralegal experience desirable.

Skills & Abilities

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Initiative is essential.

  • Able to prioritize a varied and heavy workload with planning ahead.
  • Able to work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.

Pay

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings. Hiring Rate: Minimum $56,250 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds), Maximum $75,000 annually.
