An opportunity with a global manufacturing organization with a portfolio of industry-leading brands serving residential and commercial markets.

Responsibilities

  • Compliance Program Management: Evaluate and enhance the organization's ethics and compliance program in alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and deliver communications that promote a strong culture of ethics and compliance across a global workforce.
  • Hotline & Investigations Management: Oversee the ethics hotline and case management process, including intake procedures, reporting protocols, user training, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage investigation tracking and reporting systems to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Policy & Training Administration: Maintain and update compliance-related policies and oversee organization-wide distribution and implementation.
  • Partner with legal and business stakeholders to conduct compliance risk assessments and develop appropriate training initiatives.
  • Manage annual ethics certifications and online compliance training programs, including course selection, deployment, and recordkeeping.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Governance: Prepare ethics and compliance reports for senior leadership and governing bodies to demonstrate program effectiveness.
  • Document compliance processes, governance structures, and organizational responsibilities.
  • Monitor and analyze compliance metrics and KPIs, identify trends and risks, and recommend program enhancements.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships, including selection, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and ongoing oversight.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, legal, risk management, or a related field within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with third-party compliance training platforms, hotline systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Professional compliance certification (e.g., CCEP) preferred.
